Graham Accounting & Advisory, LLC is a compliance-focused accounting and advisory firm serving individuals, small businesses, nonprofits, government contractors, and federally funded organizations. We specialize in audit-ready bookkeeping, tax preparation, internal controls, indirect cost rates, and federal grant and contract compliance.

Our firm is led by Kayon Graham, a seasoned financial professional with more than 14 years of experience in accounting, auditing, cost analysis, and federal compliance across government, quasi-governmental, and nonprofit environments. Before founding the firm, she held senior financial and oversight roles — giving her a rare dual perspective: understanding how organizations operate and how auditors, regulators, and funding agencies evaluate financial risk.

Ms. Graham holds a B.S. in Accounting from Rutgers University Business School, a Master of Science in Accounting & Information Systems, and an MBA (expected). Her specialties include indirect cost rates, internal controls, and audit-ready financial reporting.
